TheHomeGym.co.uk is a website dedicated to helping you buy high-quality exercise equipment without wasting money on poor quality products.
Considering the average gym membership costs around £40 per month (or £480 per year), it’s no surprise that more people are turning to home equipment. Exercise bikes, rowing machines, free weights and many other types are available for a one-off fee, making them much less expensive in the long run.
Plus you get to workout without leaving the house, which is always a bonus!
On this site, I review a range of exercise equipment to help you make an informed decision. Each page is designed to put a specific type of equipment into context, so you can quickly see which is likely to be the best for your budget and requirements.
I also post guides and advice for getting the most from your home workouts. I truly believe that the quality of exercise equipment has increased to the point where there’s very little benefit to going to the gym – especially as there are some excellent equipment available for relatively cheap. By combining in-depth reviews with highly researched guides, my aim is to provide a one-stop shop for home workouts.
Who Runs TheHomeGym.co.uk?
My name is Matthew Green. I’m a fitness enthusiast and professional product reviewer from the UK. While researching a new exercise bike, I realised that there were very few sites out there that provided the type of information I needed. Most “reviews” were little more than just rehashed product descriptions and didn’t put the machine into context. That’s why I decided to create this site.
Away from TheHomeGym.co.uk, my hobbies include rock climbing, hiking and playing with my dogs (two slightly mad cockapoos).
